The 3-Phase Blueprint Standard
Every new build gets the same disciplined process, regardless of size, so builders can count on a consistent, predictable result every time.
Rough Clean
Removal of construction debris, stickers, tags, and heavy dust from every surface, cabinet interior, window track, and vent. We clear the site so trades and inspectors can move through safely.
Final Clean
A detailed, top-to-bottom clean of every room: cabinets inside and out, all fixtures, baseboards, light fixtures, appliances, and floors. This is the deep clean that makes a new build look finished.
Touch-Up & Detail Clean
Completed right before your final walkthrough or closing. We remove any dust that settled after Phase 2, polish glass and hardware, and do a final inspection so the home is spotless for buyers or homeowners.

Post-Construction Cleaning Questions
When should I schedule each phase?
Phase 1 typically happens once major trades finish and drywall/paint are done. Phase 2 follows final trim, flooring, and fixture installs. Phase 3 is scheduled right before your walkthrough or closing date.
Do you work with builders on multiple properties at once?
Yes, we regularly coordinate with home builders and contractors managing several new builds at a time, and can work around your production schedule.
What is included in a rough clean?
Debris removal, dusting of all surfaces, removal of protective stickers and window film, initial vacuum/sweep of floors, and clearing construction dust from cabinets, vents, and light fixtures.
