How far in advance should I book a pre-listing clean?
We recommend booking 3-5 days before your first photos or showing, so we can also fit in a touch-up before open houses if needed.
Can you work around a stager or photographer's schedule?
Yes, we regularly coordinate directly with agents, stagers, and photographers to make sure the home is camera-ready at the right time.
Do you offer recurring service for open houses?
Yes. Many agents book us for a touch-up clean before every open house on an active listing.
